Mainerenegade
I am looking for a recommendation for a place to stay and leave my truck and trailer at on the top side of Lac St Jean. I am looking to loop through Chibougamau. Thanks in advance. PLAYHARD
Je me souviens
I have never left my truck in that area before to start a trip but the link below is for the website that has info on the 49 parallel trail. There is a map showing places to stay in that area. Probably some good info there to start making phone calls from https://grandesrivieres.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Carte_motoneige_2022-finale.pdf PLAYHARD and MrGutz
iceman
Loop through Chibougamau? You could start lots of places West side of Lac here. No problems here St Felicien https://hoteldujardin.com/?lang=en Or Roberval https://chateauroberval.com/?lang=en PLAYHARD and MrGutz

Any input would be great. iceman and PLAYHARD

Yeah, us Yammi pilots need to plan to ride that stretch with our LinQ jerry can buddies. MrGutz and P Hardy 1
Mainerenegade
Yes I am aware we will be carrying extra fuel for that stretch. Looking to ride 200 plus miles a day, I believe when I looked it would take 4 days to do the loop? PLAYHARD

Instead of going into Val D Or, as a suggestion, consider heading east from Senneterre on 83 to Pourvoirie du Lac Failllon. It's an awesome spot. Very clean, food is great and fuel on site. It would make it a 293 mile day BUT the first 161 miles to Lebel Sur Quevillon will go by very very quickly. That would also give you a couple of hours extra the following day in case you have an issue in the remote area. clarkely, PLAYHARD and Je me souviens
