I’ve attempted this twice and have yet to see grooming for the first 60 or 70 miles, first time I turned around the second time I ran into a group of 5 from Maine who were heading the same way yet I never saw their tracks because it was so wind swept, when we did finally see some sort of grooming they had just brought the groomers through without drags basically just busting up the snow into boulders which made for some interesting riding especially when climbing some the vertical ascents.
