I think 100 lacs has new owner. When I was at the Toronto show the booth for this area indicated new owners nut I thought that was last year. Haven't been up in a while. Maybe some one knows more here, on this topic at least.
Speaking with the lads from Aventure Chic Chocs at the Toronto show today and they said there will be gas set up here for this winter. Not at this station but closeby and sounds like a self serve by cc and that it was by the government. Hope their right. Also brought this up with Louise at the Gaspe booth and she wasn't aware and was going to look into it as well.
Spoke to them at the Toronto sled show today and they said they are working on getting someone to set up for winter. Said to check back but they expect to have something in place for the winter

since you appear to be an expert on gps. Any suggestions for a previous year version gps unit? I don't really want to spend $1200 for a new unit since all my cars have factory nav. Hoping about $500
thanks
Not being an expert on these but wanting to get a gps this season for the track maps. Is this a good unit? I do see them on ebay for less on used ones.
Any an all comments is appreciated

Would be fun to go but im booked for the Toronto show. The vintabe sleds are always fun. Murdockville has a bunch for those who haven't gone to the basemnt there
so where do we gas before & after. I think from hear I use to go straight through to Murdockville and going from memory I don't think St Pierre had gas. if its St Anne I think we will need a larger tunnel to make that run. I would like to think someone is going to step up and arrange even if its just a winter sled solution.
not likely
did a google search

Always stoped in. He helped us a couple of times letting us use his garage. He gave us his card and said if we were ever stranded to call and he would come get us. One of the many great people in the area.
Will be missed.
Well lets just say its not the Delta but in the end it worked out well as we left and went north and then on the return straight up the trail and in to the parking lot. Couldn't have been simpler since we don't ride this area much.
Steve, pretty sure the 383 was good to the 368 this past weekend. Came this way back from the Casino Sunday Am. Few water spots but good snow. Have to look at the map but we stayed at #21 on the map and needed to go this way.
Just back from a weekend run. Ended up driving to Motel Valin which is the south side of the area. Delta said they were looking at grass when we called. Turned out we could have stayed as trails were still doable but this would have been the last weekend. Signs were all removed or in process as we ran into them on the trail. Once you got to the 93 it improved with decent trails to towards the ski hill. Around and till La Chapelle they were rough and ive never riden this section being good. 93 towards Sacre Coueur was ok for half and then spectacular for the last 35 miles. Trail down to Tadousac was good. 3 on the south side till the local 94 was good with little recent use apparent. The local trails heading to thr Casino lacked signs and made for a challenge. Today coming out of the hotel trails were good. 83 was really good as was the 383. Passed groomer along the way. Some water run offs to watch for and some icey sections from recent weather. We got in a little over 400 miles for the day & half riding. Overall riding should be good for another 2 weeks. Glad is did it
