I am not sure but after talking to some of the executive of the FCMQ, I believe the extra $$$ is going into a groomer replacement fund. Let's not forget what it costs for a guy to operate a groomer or trim the branches or run and adminstrate clubs...........all volenteer work. Inflation is a part of life and life must go on.
