That food porn pic was for you Chris. That one was at Lounan. The couple in the third pic have the best poutine at Domaine Vanier. Definitely worth the stop, excellent hospitality. He said he peels potatoes every morning and she has a homemade recipe for the poutine sauce. Might be a touch of nutmeg in there…. We liked the place so much we went back there for breakfast Sunday.
Club Gatineau’s new dining room is a great addition. He now has space for a little bar on the old side.
We ventured past Pensive, halfway up to Antre Deux for a sneak peek. The JB Scott is now owned by 2 couples, one of whom you will definitely recognize from the Horseshoe. Skinny blonde that used to manage the place.
On the other side of the reservoir we had lunch at Lounan, also has a great couple running the show. He now has his own rig to maintain the trails into his place. One on the west just south of Lunic and one on the east just north of the 53/33 split.
