markusvt
The closed on certain days started with COVID and has remained unfortunately. The crazy high pricing really got wild last year and also stayed. MrGutz

Just to be clear this does not seem to only be North of the Border, I understand paying more to employees,,,,, it should be reasonable for the work done,,,,, but I think the Service has gotten worse..... maybe it's just me..... markusvt
100% correct. Even in northern Maine, places are having very limited hours and services, and what they do have costs a LOT. Welcome to the brave new world. 2 hours ago, MrGutz said: Just to be clear this does not seem to only be North of the Border, I understand paying more to employees,,,,, it should be reasonable for the work done,,,,, but I think the Service has gotten worse..... maybe it's just me..... GSX800
Du Jardin told us when booking that the restaurant was open on Saturday night and Sunday morning, but not open Sunday night (Superbowl night). No problem, we can work around that. As it turned out they opened Sunday night in a limited capacity. Pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks for in room only. Perfect for our superbowl party. Monday morning, restaurant closed, no breakfast. Munched on trail food we all carried and got an early start. MrGutz
