Was in Maine last week and had one running down the trail at us but he turned about 100 ft from us into the woods, nice kitty cat pic ! You the best! groomer Posted July 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2015 hi smclelan and artsled !!! no potato.......grosse poutine avec extra fromage !!!! ....hahahhaha on the other post...last 3 pics...i was at an intersection...moose was in the ditch 75 ' away....he came to see slowly who was there.....when he left about 20 ' in front of 4w !!!almost darkness.... the other moose...on the large road after crossing brook 2 miles from camp... ...300 ' on the left !!! the waterfall is about 1000 ' lower where we cross little brook with a mini waterfall....accessible with 4 w !!! went to big falls...lower on the brook ...from top ...too slippery on rocks... saw a moose around 2 30 am friday night.....looking straight at me......always go slowly at night....15-20 mph !!! jean-guy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Timbo bonsoir timbo !!! back in 74 ...dad bought a few wood lot .....then on one of them ,he did pré-commercial ( spacing )...76-77 maybe.... then ,early 80's ,those caterpillars arrived......destroying where he did pré-commercial...70 % i guess , of the trees were kaputt... all grey and rotten....its the first place where i started working in the woods back in 86....now a nice big plantation !!! absolutely right smclelan !!! and yes.....very hot working in that kind of environment where trees are all grey .... ps : bit of sunshine today...almost fainted...hahha jean-guy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
