I was there two weeks ago. I made the reservation a few days prior over the phone without issue with a gal that spoke perfect English. She was at the desk when checked in at 3:45. The young fella next to her was assisting us. He said that our room wasn't ready at that hour. That was quickly resolved. We had chosen waterfront rooms in the old section. Very nice. I will attach a photo of sunrise. We had reserved a heated garage which holds two sleds. That was nice. Easy access to the hotel. No gas or store though.
