We did a 375’ long railway bridge near home in 2014 for $95,000. It was hired out. They stripped the old wooden deck and installed new. That was done with plastic wood for decking. Mind you the underlying support timbers were not replaced. Just the top 2” of decking. The bridge in question here is 700’ long. So it is double the length and would be more difficult to access to get materials on and off due to the ramp design. If there is underlying timbers to replace I can see it getting up in price. $500 k is a lot of money still.
