Just when you think, man this has been one hell of a screwed up year, and ypu say to yourself...self, I cannot believe the things that have gone down in the last three months. Am I dreaming some kind of nightmare? No sadly it’s not. It’s reality sadly, and just when you think you seen it all. Now the call to abolish police? YGTBFK.

And why no mention of the Police killed and Injured in the last week? I am outraged at the majority of the nonsense being spewed. 
Go ahead let’s try no police, then we need no courts or lawyers either. Just good old Militia patrolling. I like the odds on things getting cleaned up rather quickly by real citizens who love their country and will do what it takes to preserve the American Way for their families. 
You want street justice? Be careful what you ask for.

I am in my 60's, worked very hard , now I am on the side that wants to live and enjoy what I have worked for for 5 decades, like riding my sled, or Harley, or casting my fly rod in the wilderness, shooting pheasants with my best friend, my lab, enjoy time with my friends, no place or time in my life for this bullshit. This whole thing is just insulting to all the good people who have worked hard and tried to do the right things .

I've about had it with these Governor's giving this ridiculous movement to disband law enforcement TRACTION!!!
Yes there are serious problems throughout the country with how CERTAIN officers preform there duties, and absolutely this needs to change without question.IMO
This is just insanity!!!!!!

My go to spot in Maine is the NORTHERN DOOR in Fort Kent. Gas station next door, restaurants within walking distance or by sled, police station next door to get trail pass, border crossing across the street into New Brunswick, Trail access to all points N/S/E/W. Skidoo/Yamaha/ Polaris dealers nearby ect. Also cross border from the border trail on the east side.
Hotel is clean, great staff, safe for trucks and sleds.
And the border trail opened up that had been closed for a while. ESCOURT STATION.( ITS92, Allagash

It's a pretty big business and requires a special "Pumper Truck".
This one gets a lot of return business.  Septic tank cleaned out by a local guy with a sense of humor getting a lot of business these days."
 

The good news in all this, if we can find any good news, is this pandemic occurred at close to the end of the season and not at the beginning. We all have a tough road ahead of us in getting through it, but just maybe the thought of next season and the hopes that all this is behind us by then can help in some small way. Stay safe.

My sentiments exactly, no sense unwittingly transporting the virus to others or risk picking it up going from place to place. Governments are urging to stay home as much as possible and avoid unnecessary travel.  Be safe everyone.

Its time to stay home and let this thing run its course, so we can get back at it next year. Hope you all get thru it well.

I got into Cabanon late, this shut down trail business ran a few people out of gas. I met 3 who left 2 of their team 7 miles from repo, went to get them with my spare gas, father and son, father was mid 70,s. Now I need gas again, so back to repo, then I get down the 345 10 miles and rescue another 2 out of gas, and back to repo for more myself, second time. 3rd time is the  charm, and I ride in to cabanon, coast in easy as I know I am putting the finishing touches on a 5200 mile season. Could not leave these guys trail side, there was 8 inches of fresh powder, without it they would have made it.Just ate dinner here, place is empty, Jeff and chris, your truck is still here!!A very memorable ride with snowmaster and friend Jeff, great guys, very capable riders and a blast to hang with, we will ride together a lot in the future.Trails are great and there are a lot of folks going north to their cabins with their families to wait this corona deal out, do nort blame them a bit. We rushed to the border last week hoping to get in before it closed down, mission accomplished. I was almost hoping to get stuch here for a few weeks, hanging with jean guy cutting firewood and clearing roofs, he has not changed from 32 years ago when I first met him, 78 this past week, a wonderful man, they don,t come any better, staying with him was the most relaxing time I have had in years, tip my hat to Quebec hospitality. Everyone be safe and healthy...december is 9 months away, could not of ended the season any better, Bob.
