iceman
Depending on which weather site you check there is some action starting Tues night in the form of SNOW. Some predictions say 20cm for Shawinigan and close to 40cm in areas of Saguenay Lac St Jean. Let's hope this is the hit we need to get them groomers rolling more places. By the way, the TQ 73 from St Raymond to the Rivere Pierre was groomed. (old railbed from the Club Garage.) arubenstein
http://www.theweathernetwork.com/alerts/wwcaqc0057c/caqc0222/weather?ref=warnings_citypage We expect 20 to 40 centimetres of snow over these regions beginning this evening. Moreover, strong winds will accompany the snow and will create generalized blowing snow over the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean and north coast areas. smclelan
20-40cm along the river means 60 cm on top of Mt Valin! This is also forecast around Baie Comeau, this is great news. They have very little snow last winter.
Snowbunny
The Ottawa Valley is expecting another 15 to 20 cm on top of the 10 cm we already got Christmas Day. And it's already starting to snow here now!
