That's a awesome story, thank you for sharing. I love my 600sdi. Even though its a 600, it still pushes over 100 mph since the clutching is perfect. Buts its reliable, much more reliable than the series 3 800s from that era. The SDI is very snappy as well. I've heard nothing but good things from that engine. Yes some electrical gremlins but nothing i haven't planned for as you can see from my spare parts list. Mother nature will be the ultimate factor for this trip. I will keep a close eye on the trail conditions. I have my 05 GSX and my 00 MXZ Millennium 700 twin. Both are great sleds and run awesome. Ill just need to make sure the millennium has a parts list of its own that the GSX has if my buddy decides to come. All i can do is my best, and the rest is up to God.
