Nice comments from the group. Coworkers are wondering why I'm laughing at my phone. A high powered air rifle should do the trick. Use one for moving target practice from a second floor window. Only thing heard is a mechanical snap. Gamo makes some nice ones that have pellet velocity exceeding 1500 fps.

I make up for it by riding Quebec trails during the summer and or fall months. Although a Raptor 700 doesn't compare to a sled, it helps pass the time

You win! Lol. Ended up working and riding on a sled trip last year. Border agent had this puzzled look when I answered both to his question about work or holiday. Just need more projects up there to make it worthwhile. Great idea on the trailer, would save a bunch on towing back and forth.

The Ogdensburg crossing sucks. Seems like they either get plenty of new agents or have issues with the Indian reserves on either end. Returned home after a business trip in Gatenau and was told my test equipment wasn't declared and import customs were due. After an an hour of explaining this was resolved. Now I have correct paperwork to temporarily import and export equipment but still avoid that crossing.
