I should clarify, this is not while you’re riding!
However, one time, with a blown engine in Dolbeau while everyone else is riding, it applies. In this case I was lucky there was also a bowling alley across the street…

Starting in November [likely], vaccinated Canadians can travel to the US by car, train, etc. You don't need a negative test, unlike the idiotic Canadian government requirement.
