Pumps changed and system upgraded
Good news!
The La Martre petrol station is up and running with a brand new installation. The counter and pump have been replaced and are very easy to operate, and are even described as infallible! I used it yesterday and the instructions are simple and the service is fast!
Don't hesitate to use this local service, it's important to do things that help us to keep what we've got.
Let's encourage this initiative by our neighbours, who offer us this essential service.
Open from 6am to 10pm.

Amazing how people panic early season. Not even winter yet. Riding on early season snow with no base. Come March and a huge base everyone quits! LOL! Rarely ride before mid January and still click off 3000 miles!

I like what i am seeing so far. Winter setting in slowly. Some freeze some thaw makes for solid ground.
Not our first snow but first one with real quantity.

Bought mine today. Last four sleds were 900 ACE's, needed something different. Maybe at 70 I needed one more hot rod before I get too old.

Was around Gaspie Bay over the last few days doing summer tourists things and went through 299 road and stopped at LaCache and there is a large 2 storey addition on back of the building and a large one storey off of one side where the old accommodations used to be,it’s attached to main building .It’s just framed and boarded in .Sorry but no pics.Hopefully they’ll have new space ready for up coming winter.There’s also a new distillery in cap chat right beside the petro can .Lots of quality gins .
