Just went out to rescue A friends kid got stuck big-time a couple times on main roads. We got over 4 feet so far still coming down.

Getting hammered here in Hamburg, NY. Thunder and Lightening all night. We are about half way thru the storm and already close to 3 feet. Hot tub and picnic table in my back yard.

I always enjoyed that stop and the way they had to dig down to the entry door as the snow piled up around the building....It's another casualty of the shut down and a big loss for us.

That is sad news.   Definitely a regular stop when sledding the Gaspesie.  Hopefully someone will take it over.  It takes a certian type of person to own and operate a business in a bit of a remote area.  I don't believe it is plowed in to there during winter.  I always stopped there and had a meal or a drink,  it is important to support remote businesses if you want them to survive.

Not a heavily traveled trail.  I would not do it without carrying extra gas. 142+ miles is a long way...........

The good part to no gas available we found was very light traffic and great trail conditions!

I know a group made it last year no gas on sleds.  several Mach z and a 850renegade.  top speed was 30mph.  and the z's were in echo mode.  but that's no fun carry gas and pin it.

I haven't done it, but I believe if you drove easy you could get 150-160 miles out of a tank. 
That said, from my experience it would be impossible do.  There is too many awesome straight stretches and too many hills to squeeze the flipper for ski lift!  Carry extra gas and drive the Turbo the way it was meant to rode.

We ran with the Mach up there last year. With the Linq we were fine. That being said we also each grabbed a washer fluid container at the last stop and filled it for extra peace of mine.

Town meeting last night in Mandeville. The impact of no trail here was discussed and reconsidered. The town agreed to allow passage along Rang St Pierre I believe it is so for this year the show goes on here. 
Problem solved for now.

6 weeks earlier than my last sled! Was not complete but parts showed up this week. 2023 Renegade X 900 Turbo R 1.5 Ice Ripper.

As of right now it is just 368 from the warming hut there at jct on 23

Thanks guys.  I've always wondered about this.
The website Iceman refers to is a .com and not a .gov but it does have a lot of info in it.  It sounds like the pardon is good forever or if you didn't learn and get another alcohol offense.
Playhard's response about the Canadian Consulate in New York would be a good start.  You would be speaking with someone in the U.S. and probably has the most experience with this.
The season is getting close and I'm ready as long as the new sled comes in!  🙂
