Rode lower Quebec this weekend and the trails in this area rely way too much on side of roads. Brutal. Anyway i to am now looking at wheels as well. Being lazy I am trying to find more info on the automatic wheels.

I got one maybe 5 years back around Mt Pellier. Just doing did 50's on the rail line an I think it was in the $400 range
They took my info and the ticket cam later in the mail
I think I saw a posting last year on the site that was extracted from FB of someone getting a whopper ticket around the town of the 1st gas from Chaplais. Name escaped me and don't have the map open.

Had lunch with a buddy today and he said similar situation near his cottage. The person was there and said it was where his GPS sent him. My buddy said in fairness the trails was no nice it had looked like a road before he got stuck.

Wondering if anyone can suggest another place other than the Intercontinental on the Quebec side to stay. We will be coming from the Rock-Perce and next day to RDL. At the moment there is 1 queen room and hopefully a cot when we arrive for 3 of us 🤐 Have booked it for now and hoping for a cancellation in the next week. But if there's another hidden Gem we can try it would be appreciated.
Thanks
Mike

It’s 120 miles Moose Valley to Pointe e le Croix.
Last year we started in Edmunston which is 40 miles from Moose Valley. Did the couple loops north west of Moose Valley which are real nice rides then up to Pointe e Le Croix. Real easy day ride. Doing the same trip in a couple weeks. Will do a three day loop in the Gaspe then back into NB for 2 days to finish up.Thanks for this. I did it once before but memory is going lol
Was hoping to stay overnight but even during the week they're booked. Looking at the online availability most of Feb is booked. May have to commit to another March run if we want to stay over

I’m wrapping up 2 weeks here in Mexico and no problems yet from salads. I do wash them down with margaritas so maybe it kills anything along the way
I am anxious to get back and riding and even sampling the fare there.

Which Linq bags are those on the rear?

There is a parking area just past the restaurant. Sometimes you can park in behind as well. It’s not a secure lot but I’ve left there many times over the years for days at a time and no problem and we have newer nice rigs and not afraid to say it’s fine.

Spoke to my dealer today as he sells snowtrackers. He said about 6 years ago he had a client who wanted these. He was told he had to go down and get trained to sell and install. Wasn’t worth it to him. His client went direct and apparently there were in the neighborhood of $3600 he said. Not sure if they are the same today or not but that’s serious coin
He did say Kimplex has a new version coming out this fall that are designed to engage easier by your foot. I will see about those as they are likely priced more reasonably for us cheap folks.
