Boomerjericho
Read earlier that the trail was closed from La Dore to Chibaugamau. Am planning a trip there in two weeks.I also read that it was going to open around Jan. 19. Can anybody tell me if that has happened yet, or when it may be open? Any information would be appreciated. 600IQHO
Rode this trail today. Absolutely the best trail I have been on this entire trip. I put the first tracks on it today for almost the entire distance and never passed a single sled only thing I passed was 2 groomers.

Andyman
Lucky duck Just how far can you go with that 900? Clova to Senneterre....were you on econo mode? Hi JG I can ride 400km/ 240m and not worry about fuel and on top of this I have 11lt of reserve fuel on the back of my sled. Clove-Senneterre no problem. Heading out Sat morning from home here in Riverview NB on our biggest journey yet. 21 days riding to Ontario and back hopefully, God willing and the creek doesn't rise etc etc! LOL Andy ps: I run in sport mode except when loading in a trailer and I use econ then because the sled crawls like a little bulldozer and makes loading a breeze. Trailblazer
Good luck on your ride Andy, boy do I wish I could have the time to do a ride such as yours, 21 days wow! I'm pretty much fed up sitting on the bench after 5 days, I can't imagine my mood after more than 2 weeks. Those 900s are really the cream of the crop when it come fuel milage, 400K in sport mode, just how sporty does it get? Going for a little boot up to Shawinagan Saturday then next Thursday ride for 4 days. JG Edited January 30, 2015 by Trailblazer
