Being a New Brunswick boy I will give you some help on this one. Priceville footbridge crossing the Miramichi River. Looks a bit different with the trees but the same bridge.

How about we get back to discussions on snowmobiling.  Really getting sick of this forum turning into a debate on covid.  Government has made a decision.  If you don't like it write your elected official.  If you do like it write them as well.  Nothing written here is going to change their decision.

Yes relais 540, stopped there a few times with Rob and met Andre. He was the original distributor for snotracker skis.

You are correct jak.  Believe it was called Relais 551 as I recall, but on the RR bed Trail #35.  (our old stomping grounds during the early 2000's.

Indeed....I live in Québec. I've been part of this site since day 1. I am tired of seeing US politics BULLSHIT on a site dedicated to snowmobiling in Québec.

Merci beaucoup Robert!  Doing fine in NY, next door to the now famous New Rochelle, and respecting precautions!  Being a rock-solid optimist I'm pretty sure that widespread testing will show widespread infection, which will (hopefully) put the death rate well below the flu.  Still gotta be serious about not "sharing" with high-risk folks.  Safe protocol is for everyone to act-as-if you're contagious.
We're also in a recession-proof and now officially designated "essential" business, distributing cellphones & service thru about 650 small neighborhood retailers around the northeast.  Pretty cool gig for almost 40 years, supporting mom & pop shops putting food on their tables.  Done all Carriers over the years, currently exclusive to Boost Mobile prepaid, saving low-income folks lots of dough.
Got 90% of our crew of 40 logged-in & dialed-in working remotely, spreading much kindness & compassion, and a few hardcore crew working the warehouse (safely & cleanly).  We stopped walk-in/pick-ups with locals a while ago, but we're providing free-shipping as long as UPS & FedEx keep rolling.  Naturally having a tough time sourcing bulk N95 masks & hand sanitizers to ship out.
Personally, I've never been much of a hand-washer, but I have suspended licking public doorknobs to build my immune system (at least temporarily)!  And shhhh!...  Don't tell anybody, cuz people will think we be crazy, but the Mrs. & I went for a walk around our block TWICE so far this week!
Hoping you and yours all fare as well as possible!

Today's run was down 85 trail was flat and hard with the outside temp of 7degrees.  Right onto 526 nice and smooth still awsome.   We took a left on 35 got gas in pohenegamook btw it's about 5k down the lake from the north side.  On another note saw like 20 deer from the lake up to 561.  We stayed on 35 and cruised over to squatec for a top off.  From 85 about halfway across was not groomed yet.  We took 571 north was awsome nice and wide and groomed flat.  At 5 I decided it was to early to head for the hotel my great gf said she was fine with extra miles😀.  Down 5 to club de motoneige.  Dropped off the backside on 518 we ran this over to 571. This trail was beautiful as far as the scenery but alot of it has not been groomed.  At 571 we jumped up to 5 and headed in we cruised down 5 nice and smooth.  Went straight  onto 565 it is our new way into RDL.  242 miles great day see what happens tomorrow.

Crossing back last week  Derby Vt, US customs asked me when the last time I was  OVERSEAS.  Told him 5 yrs. No line or cars behind me after he gave me back my pass card , so I asked agent if this was a standard question now . He said yes , I asked what if I had said yes? He just said Im supposed to take your temperature. Things seem to  be get worse  every day. Bummer because Id like  another 1000 😁

I was there last weekend ,1st 20 miles ok but icy . Once you climb up in the hills - park 4-5 feet of snow to Le Tape and plenty  of  snow all the way to top of LSJ (Girardville) and down 93

Standing outside the hotel Opemiska last night around 9:30h having a smoke I got some real local entertainment.
some dude in a clapped out S10 pickup with a loud exhaust was doing laps and power slides right down main st and onto the side roads for about 10 minutes straight. It was sorts like being at a NASCAR event.
i guess when the nearest cop is in Chibougamau you can get away with this kinda shit

I made my donation weeks ago while there. Some local woodworker craftsman made a half dozen wooded donation boxes with her name engraved and hearts all around that are spread out all over the town. Thought I had a pic of one but will get and post one Monday as we will be there sunday night.

We stopped in Hotel central in Parent, had dinner with slyvia's cousin, he said she is at home and doing well, her eye is going to be OK and is now open. The idiot that did this is most likely going to jail, as far as I council tell he should consider that protective custody, he is not welcome in this area and it would be quite wise for him find a new place to be if he would like to stay whole. We left a 100$ donation for her fund on behalf of Quebec rider, these folks are very nice people and have been very good to our community for decades, support them when you are in this area.

I ran with a 2017 800 ETEC last week and we were dead on the same within 0.5L at the pumps.  We were going 120miles on 28L , I felt that was very respectable.  I agree with your opinion on the sled, the 900T is the best saddle bag sled I have owned.  I only have about 850 miles on so far.  Next week I am heading out with Andyman and a crew of degenerates for a 10 day 2500 mile loop, that will really test it out.

Here is a new App that Long-Hair is using. I think with a smart phone it will really upgrade trip reports. He want to try adding video.
And I think it's free. Relive is the App.
Give it a look and see what you think.
