  1. I just spoke with the local. They had just ordered 10 more in since I talked to her Monday. I asked if I could buy 2 in case we needed them over the weekend if there was failures. She said Mike take them and if you need them then its warranty next week, if not just return them. I drive an Arctic Cat. If and when I do buy a doo, they are my dealer. I always hear stories like that from this dealer and they are not a small shop either. Always service first.
  2. Helmets have a 4 year warranty I believe. My buddy was out om the weekend and his shield is no good. Dealer replaced it. According to Dootalk there was a comment from one of the admin who is after the BRP reps, etc to make a statement on these. Will see I guess. I thinking of buying an extra shield to put in my bag this weekend in case 1 of the 3 of us has an issue. Hope it works out.
  3. Thanks Let us know. I like to do the run up from Mt Pellier to Mt Laurier for lunch & back
  4. Thanks We're going to go via the Relais 22 and then back down the other side on 33 on the Sunday. I know Repos is not a great spot to stop and only been through there once before and couldn't remember the gas situation along the route. We carry gas so famous last words, we should be good lol Any real word on how the trails are around the chalet yet?
  5. Question. Im going north this weekend. Whats the difference between the trail 33 and the 345 route you took. Going to windigo and leaving from the Glacier Cabano was full Also any suggestions and for gas? Thanks mike
  6. Im booked for Windigo Saturday night. Lady says trails good. I called Kanawata and he said trails were groomed 2 days ago and are excellent. Leaving from Glacier first run of season . Looking forward to it.
  7. Haven’t been riding yet so haven’t tried mine. However my buddies son text me from lsg last night and his shield is foggy inside. Checked dootalk and apparently others having shield issues. Now im nervous going away next weekend and having sight issues.
  8. Normally would but off to the Toronto Boat show that weekend
  9. I use them as well with my NS1 gauge. I also have the Imotoneigne on the phone which works well also if in doubt.
  10. I had a stud hit the cooler leaving Relais 22? and since then have run prestudded. I use the 1.6 Ice Cobra but next will be the 1.5 Ice Storm. They are not as good as the real studs but as I get older I'm not as wild and these work fine. Mans got to know his limitations.
  11. Im not sure how they calculated mine but it wasn’t with that formula i had googled at the time and seen similar but the time and cost to fight it wasn’t worth it for me. Being an on the trail ticket there was no points or insurance issues so i paid and will not ride that area Duhamel again or support there club. They seem to encourage having the cops up there and honestly doing 93kph on a railway line and getting stopped is ridiculous in my opinion with a limit of 70kph i was actually lucky as a rider had signaled cops ahead so hD slowed down. My venting for the day Thanks for the grim reminder
  12. I'm thinking some one should hit them up for some site advertising after all this free advertising here!
  13. Thanks im a bit leary on these radar shots. I like to hear that someone actually saw and touched it lol hopefully opens from Le Domine up soon
  14. Any word on how much they got and from what area north? Thanks
  15. I wear the FXR merino top with attached balacalav. Can be worn in different modes. I think its a great top for sledding https://www.fxrracing.com/snow/mens/layerwear/m-vapour-50-merino-balaclava-ls-18.html
  16. Frig, That's criminal especially when gas is on the lower side these days.
  17. Hows the weather up that way freezing rain in Ottawa today hoping to head that way early next thanks mike
  18. Congrats im happy you’ve the winner since it means we’re riding sooner obviously we owe a great gratitude to all the volunteers who made this happen also a thanks to Ice who runs this fun contest
  19. My view on the sizing is they feel a bit tighter. I wore the 2xl Bvs2 and have the new 2nx ox and it feels a bit tighter but not broken in plus will have a layer less regarding the balaclava
  20. judging from her look she was laughing when you said about 2'' not sure what she was thinking🤣
