i bought this sandwich at the grocery store in Chapais for 5.67    Heated half of it up in the oven in our apartment room last night and it was fu%#cimg YUMMY. Got the other half all wrapped in tin foil and pulling the BRP 1200 muffler trick with it when we get to Sciere 54

Wife and I will be in Mont laurier this Friday,  Saturday and Sunday,  last minute trip,  I know it will be the weekend,  but it should be ok,  I am sure it is better than being at work!!

i turned around at the bottom of long hill , 4 miles east of ste marguerite... i did nt want to do camping tonight !!!!

bonsior' JG, just a little tip..   if that ever happens to you again,where the turbo lets go and the engine runs wide open.. the way to shut it down is to take your coat and cover the breather or air intake to starve the engine of air..it will shut it self down with a lack of air...only way to shut it down...can be scary a little..otherwize...

The new bridge is taking shape.

Left the Riotel in Matane this morning and headed on 5 East to the St. Paulin Relay.  They just got done plowing about the last 12 miles to the relay. After the groomer goes through there will be some spots you can jump off the road but a lot will be on the plowed road with logging trucks. Had lunch at the relay then headed South on 595. Lots of snow here first tracks and pushing snow all the way to the snow bridge. After that a couple tracks from yesterday and the closer to LaCache the less new snow.  Get to LaCache and no lunch. They had problems with the generators last night and just got them up and running, at least we could take the gas. Head East on the Orange trail to Murdochville. Met the groomer coming from Murdochville not long after we left LaCache and it was a welcome site with the new snow. Checked out the mummies up on Mt. Lyall then continued on to Murdochville. Enjoyed the views but the fresh snow was tiring. At Hotel Copper for the night.

hahhaha......always take care of the parking at the bridge...when i started grooming ...the ex operator was turning around  and backward to the bridge....it was only 9' wide...so , i decided to make it  wider to make a parking !!!
back from grooming local trails....there s a part going up to the lake ...about 6 miles....wooowwww...tons of moose there....
colder tonight ...way better !!!

Ha ha ..very true. If we had only known. Summer started riding snowmobiles with me at age 8. Loves the snowmobile, refuses to ride the ATV or HD. If my memory serves me right I put a 1+1 seat on my 2006 MXZ-X 800 while her older sister Taylor inherited my 2000 MXZ 700. 
Aside from moving up from a 2013 - 600 ACE Renegade & currently running a brand new, out of the box, 2020 900T Summer is a very fortunate young lady for many reasons. One of which, in October 2017, at the age of 20, Summer was in Memorial Sloan Kettering here in Manhattan where she underwent liver resection surgery. Since recovering Summer hasn't missed a beat. Her surgeon states Summer is the poster child for liver resection & wishes everyone could do as well as she did. Needless to say, it is a delight to see Summer so happy on the sled, loving life & wanting to spend time with family while on winter break from her last few months in college.
