Changed plans due to trouble booking rooms and went from Auberg Tamarac in Clove to relais 22 today…235 miles… stopped for fuel in parent… must have been pay day as there were 40 cars and trucks at fuel stop and 80 people… took 40 minutes to get gas… so we didn’t eat and next stop was wemotacci.., fuel oil and gas… super market and deli were barren there… so more gas and go… arrived at relais 22 at 5 pm… we kept asking ourselfs how it was possible that the trails kept getting better or if it was even possible… by the way … we saw 4 sleds today… we thank everyone for this private trail system we have been enjoying this week… I’ve never ever dreamed that anything like this could be possible… one of the guys with us is on his first Canada trip… he has no idea of reality after this… we’ve all said it before… simply the finest trails in the world… I’ve felt like a 12 year old on vacation at Disney world all week.., I know tomorrow… Saturday … will be a different ball game … this simply can’t go on forever
