viper2 got a reaction from PLAYHARD in Iceman Rides Again
I hear a lot of this lately about talking to businesses about becoming a paid sponsor. It's all well and good but you guys are not giving any guidance as to how to go about this. As a small business owner I literally get hundreds of requests every year for donations. Each one has the potential of exposure for my business to varying degrees but I can't possibly put my name on every kids baseball, soccer or hockey shirt. I can't afford to donate to every Lion's club Fire company golf tournament but these people are from my community and are my customers so we always do our best. If you want sponsors I suggest you put together a package with info regarding who you are reaching and the costs involved otherwise any of us that go in blind won't be able to answer the first question that a business owner could ask

viper2 got a reaction from towing in St-Gabriel de Brandon/St-Michel des Saints photo ride report 27 déc 2017
Nice report Alain, looking good up there. Ferrarif40, my wife has some heated gear that she has been using for about 3 seasons. Pants, jacket, socks and gloves. She wears it as a mid layer and everything links together and is controlled by a rheostat knob I mounted on the handlebars. It is made by First Gear if I can I will find a link

I always keep that area well greased, it can make for a messy pant leg if you don't take the receiver out your tow vehicle so use caution

Yes you are definitely more in control going down the trail at 75 mph standing up. Said no one ever lol. Hey to each his own but if you are more comfortable and feel more in control standing up 60% of the time on the trails in Quebec than I am sorry but there is something wrong with your sled

Or your a midget.😂
I have actually ridden with a guy 5ft tall that it really didn't make a difference if he was sitting or standing.
really the only time in my life I felt jealous of someone so short and my height was a negative. He required no effort to go from sitting to standing as he was always 90 percent there before he turned the key.
