We are heading to Gaspe the first week of March. Planning to launch from Rimouski, looking for a suggestion on where to leave truck and trailer as well as a suggested route and the best places to stop. We have Friday to Monday, Monday has to be a short day as we have a 5 hour drive to get back after. I really enjoy good food so if where we stay has good food thats a bonus. I'm curious why so many route suggestions skip the north east shore, I would think it would have great views? Also, none of us have been to Perce, I know the trail is brutal but we should probably see it. We should be able to do 350-400k in a day if they are quick trails.
