The Walleye dinner is special. I have seen this place on the map and wondered about it. Is it far north of 83 and is it well marked? Nice place to stay? Zrtkat I think someone posted a week or two ago that the cottages at l'hombre didn't have cutlery or dishes in them. I can't find the post but maybe someone can chime in with more info. I also saw where the restaurant at the Central Hotel in Parent was open this past week at lunch time at least. zrtkat

GSX800
It’s been quite a few years since I was there. Pretty darn sure there is dishes, glasses, pots and pans and silverware. Kind of tough to rent cabins expecting your clients to bring their kitchenware with them. markusvt

GSX800
There was a coffee pot…thankfully a previous guest left coffee. The four coffee drinkers in our group certainly appreciated it. I’m sure you will enjoy. Have a great ride. zrtkat
zrtkat
We are almost all set up for our 7 day trip sleds are at dealer getting checked over. Looks like we are getting our chain case bearings done and all the up dates so hopefully we have a trouble free trip. Leaving Temiscaming Monday the 20th is the first day of our trip .now I worry that the weather cooperates with us for the whole 7 days. The usual loop-Val d'Or/Amos La Saare to Rouyn-Noranda/Temiscamingue-3 days. Less than a 3 hour drive for us to get to Temiscamingue!
