Florida Snowman Posted January 18, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 18, 2016 Day 4 Woke up in RDL with cloudy skies & temp of 8*F. Had breakfast at opening time of 6:30am. Saddled sleds & hit the trail at 7:30am. We had a very special treat for the first 4 hours of the day. The Mayor of RDL - MikeRider a/k/a "KING MIKE" was giving us a personal escort to Squatec & beyond & then he was returning to RDL. Took TQ85 / 544 / 571 / 546 / 548 / TQ5 which is where Mike headed back west to RDL. Team Yamaha continued 579 / 587 / TQ5 to Amqui for the night. Trails were good to very good at the start of the day & only got better the further east & south we travelled. Snow levels continued to increase thruout the day. Gaspe is ready guys!
