From my armchair here in the NYC metropolitan area, as I await the threat of the nor'easter to drop another foot + -, Sunday into Monday, I very much enjoyed reading ICE's P.S.A.s. A little humor mixed with logic.
An ICE sticker on the bridge span will bring a smile to those in the know, ha ha, as when I come across his sticker, I do exactly that.
