Sure hope it doesn’t piss off any landowners for next year.
Here here. Some ferme signs are more real than others. Should be easy to understand (and respect).
If it's a farm field with the snow down to the ground, or a plowed logging road with fresh truck tracks...

How do you un deploy them? By hand getting off sled or rocking side to side to lift ski to release wheel?
Yup, I guess the damage was already done in prior years, because on these rides I had everybody bring them back up gently. Still, one sled had 2 break and another had 1 break.
The latter was on it's way to the trailer from season-ender riding. So I took that as a mostly peaceful protest. Gotta carry the socket that fits inside the stop-barrel... Or get the fancy motorized jammies.
Does anyone have experience with these metal wheels, like how do they effect handling in various trail conditions?...

I'm truly deplorable for not getting my act together enough to post live from up there, or since driving back down in Sunday's butt-puckery road conditions.
I almost made a crumple-zone out of a Honda, between my Nav being pushed down one of the big Charlevoix hills toward the salt/plow truck by the 4-place trailer filled with 5 old-school Yammis!

loving every minute of this Sled!!
Hey, what wheels are you running? I've been having bad luck with Rouski's return springs quitting on the trail. And I'm afraid that one of these days I may run short on duct tape & zip ties.

I get it (not really), that some folks don't like to ride GT (groomed trails)...
But HOLY CRUD what's with no full helmets?!?

Do you think there will be decent riding left from the 21st-24th after this most recent storm?
I'm here/there (sorry for not posting detail!), last week there were TONS more trailers @ Escoumins and trail traffic, this week very few of both, mostly locals, and they're grooming more than they're showing on iMoto, that plus the rock hard base could be good for a while if temps stay low!

I also got to ride on my private groomed trail, you know, the one all the way on the right!! 👌 Best place to ride...Even yesterday at the end of the day on the TQ5 coming to the hotel I still had my private trail even though hundreds of sleds had passed by. Got to love it!
Not just super-proud of your riding, but super-mega-proud that your English expression is better than most!

"Better late than never…"
100%!
Thanks for sharing!
(Except for a little ptsd from the shot with the snow up to the front bumper, but I should be OK after a while!)
