Snobeeler Posted February 27, 2023 Report Share Posted February 27, 2023 Any person who, in contravention of section 36 or 39, operates an off-highway vehicle or a maintenance vehicle at a speed in excess of the prescribed maximum speed is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $30 plus, (1) if the speed exceeds the speed limit by 1 to 20 km/h, $15 for each 5 km/h by which the speed exceeds the speed limit; (2) if the speed exceeds the speed limit by 21 to 30 km/h, $20 for each 5 km/h by which the speed exceeds the speed limit; (3) if the speed exceeds the speed limit by 31 to 45 km/h, $25 for each 5 km/h by which the speed exceeds the speed limit; (4) if the speed exceeds the speed limit by 46 to 60 km/h, $30 for each 5 km/h by which the speed exceeds the speed limit; or (5) if the speed exceeds the speed limit by 61 km/h or more, $35 for each 5 km/h by which the speed exceeds the speed limit. Just doing did 50's on the rail line an I think it was in the $400 range They took my info and the ticket cam later in the mail I think I saw a posting last year on the site that was extracted from FB of someone getting a whopper ticket around the town of the 1st gas from Chaplais.
